4D METHOD
This is exactly how my mind works when the stakes are real: a RIS candidate who must pass the physical test or fail their career, an athlete aiming for a world podium, a manager with a team in burnout, a student at risk of failing the final exams for the third time.
In these moments, there is no “first work on the mind, then on the body.”
There is only a simultaneous intervention on four dimensions—because that is how the human brain functions under extreme stress.
I simply brought it to light, measured it, and made it replicable.
1. Mind
Applied neuroscience, extreme stress management, rapid decision-making, mental resilience, elimination of cognitive biases, prolonged focus.
Tested in special units and during world-record training sessions.
2.Body
Functional physical preparation, explosive strength, prolonged endurance, scientific recovery, pain and fatigue management.
From the physical tests of the Cantonal Police to extreme trials already completed in training.
3. Technique
Specific skills of the discipline or role: operational tactics, sports technique, advanced study methodologies, corporate protocols.
All measurable, all optimized for real-world contexts.
4. Relationships
Empathetic leadership, communication under pressure, conflict management, team motivation, rapid trust-building.
Because no serious goal is achieved alone.
Why it is different from everything else
Because in reality, Mind, Body, Technique, and Relationships are never separate.
The 4D Method addresses them all simultaneously—at the same time.
