1. What we do
Fabio Guglielmini is engaged in training and in all activities related to sports. For several years, he has been coaching and training young people in various fields, including institutional contexts. The registered office is located in Locarno.

6. General principles
1. What data do we collect?
First and foremost, we process personal data that are communicated to us for the preparation of an offer:
- Personal or corporate data;
- Contact details (mobile phone number, email address, etc.).
2. Under which conditions do we process your data?
All data are processed in good faith and in accordance with the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We ensure that the processing is transparent and proportionate.
3. How can you object to data processing?
By giving consent to the processing of personal and/or corporate data for specific purposes, we will process your data within the scope of such consent, unless another legal justification applies.

- Cantonal legal offices (tax authorities; debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices);
- Social Insurance Institute (IAS), Bellinzona;
- Old-age and disability insurance offices (AVS/AI), Bellinzona;
- IT service providers and support providers.
These third parties may process the data only to the same extent that we are authorized to do so.
b. Transfer within the network
Your data are generally used only within the company’s internal network. If necessary for processing your offer and/or your work, data may be exchanged between the parties involved.
In addition to order processing, we will transfer your personal data to third parties only if:

- This is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, as well as for the enforcement of our rights; or

5. How long do we retain your data?
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
Contractual data are retained for a longer period; in particular, we must retain commercial correspondence, concluded contracts, and accounting records for up to 10 years.
6. How do we protect your data?
Your data will be stored securely and we will take all appropriate measures to protect them against loss, unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration.
Our contractual partners and processors who have access to your data are required to comply with data protection legislation.

1. For what purposes do we use your data?
Are the data in the database analyzed?
The data stored in the database may be analyzed for statistical purposes.
Where are the data stored?
The data are stored on servers in Switzerland. Paper documentation is kept in the respective files under lock and key.
2. Mailing and marketing
May we send you information?
Yes. As our customer, we may send you information relating to our activities, such as invitations to events by post, email, or other channels for which you have given your consent.
May we send you advertising?
We may also inform you about activities and offers of associated partners. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
3. Newsletter
How does the newsletter work?
We may send you a newsletter containing information about our services.
What information do we receive and how do we use it?
Upon order confirmation, we collect your email address and any other contact details. We require these for sending the newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

5. Additional data processing
a. Photos and videos
In certain circumstances, we may take photographs or record videos of the work carried out. This occurs solely for promotional purposes on our website. Photos and videos are created and published in compliance with applicable provisions and only after obtaining your authorization upon order confirmation.
By confirming and ordering a specification and/or an offer prepared by us, the new Data Protection Act is also deemed accepted.
