10 Intensive Weeks to Successfully Pass Physical and Mental Tests
The Canton Ticino Police entrance exam is among the most selective in Switzerland: physical tests are spread throughout the year (Bellinzona and Tenero), standards are very high, and the failure rate on the first attempt is extremely high.
This course prepares you to pass all tests comfortably, even under real pressure – exactly as required by the 4D Method.

- Ability to manage fatigue and stress when everything “pushes to the limit”
- Strategies to maintain physical condition during distributed training sessions
- Simulations identical to official tests, recorded and corrected in real time
